HB 394, 49th R.S.
Relating to providing that each state agency created under Section 59, Article XVI, Constitution of Texas, shall create a special fund for flood control, levees, reclamation and drainage of overflowed lands and the conversation and development of forests within its territory as fixed by the Legislature, and shall deposit therein annually a sum equal to at least 15 per cent of its gross electric revenues for the preceding calendar year, to be expended only for such purpose; providing penalties.
