HB 355, 49th R.S.
Relating to declaring the policy of the State of Texas with reference to regulations permitting the taking of game and fish in that portion of the State inundated by a dam across Red River at Denison, Texas, and the federally owned lands in connection therewith, providing for certain licenses for the privilege of hunting or fishing in or over Lake Texoma and its connecting federally owned lands and fixing the fees for same; providing a suitable penalty for violation of any provision of this Act.
