HB 747, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing that no teacher shall be certified to teach in the public schools of Texas after the effective date of this Act until he has either taken an examination on the Constitution of the United States or Texas or has to his credit six (6) hours studying a government course covering the subject matter of Constitution of the State of Texas or the United States of America.
