HB 746, 48th R.S.
Relating to authorizing all political subdivisions of this State to invest balances remaining in their accounts at the end of any fiscal year in Defense Bonds or other obligations of the United States of America; providing, however, that whenever such funds are needed the bonds of the United States in which said balances are invested shall be sold or redeemed and the proceeds deposited in the funds from which they were drawn.
