HB 728, 48th R.S.
Relating to providing that any incorporated city, town or village in this State incorporated under the General Laws, having a population of less than five thousand (5,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding or any future Federal Census, may vote upon the question of adopting a city-manager plan of government as further provided.
