HB 704, 48th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes by fixing the time and prescribing the number of terms of District Court in and for the Sixth Judicial District of Texas, and further providing that the Judge of the Sixth Judicial District shall convene a Grand Jury in Fannin County at only two terms of said Court in each year, unless in his judgment it be necessary for a Grand Jury at other terms; and repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
