HB 694, 48th R.S.
Relating to fixing the maximum amount of bonds which may be issued by, and fixing the maximum rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in, all independent school districts having a population of more than two hundred thousand (200,000) and less than two hundred and sixty thousand (260,000), according to the Federal census of 1940 or any subsequent legally authorized census, whether under general or special law, subject to certain provisions.
