Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in counties having a population of not less than nineteen thousand two hundred ten (19,210) and not more than nineteen thousand two hundred fifty (19,250) according to the last United States Census, to allow each County Commissioner certain money for the use of their own automobile in performance of their duties as County Road Commissioners in lieu of the County's furnishing such automobile.
