Relating to appropriating the sum of One Million, Six Hundred and Sixty-two Thousand, Six Hundred and Seventy dollars ($1,662,670.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas, not otherwise appropriated, to be used for increasing the salaries of teachers in state-aid schools for the rest of the school year 1942-43, providing a schedule of increases in salaries, prescribing the duties of the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
