Relating to fixing the annual salaries for County Commissioners in counties of not less than ten thousand (10,000) and not more than fifteen thousand (15,000) inhabitants according tot he last preceding Federal Census or any future Federal Census at not less than Nine Hundred ($900.00) Dollars nor more than Nineteen Hundred and Eighty ($1,980.00) Dollars paid in equal monthly payments; repealing all general and special laws in conflict herewith.
