Relating to governing the issuance of prescriptions; requiring that prescriptions may be issued by any licensed pharmacist or by any person who has been in the drug business and has served under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist for a period of ten (10) years; suspending all existing laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith for the duration of the present war and six months thereafter.
