Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that before any county clerk shall issue a marriage license the man and woman shall supply information as to date of birth, residence, occupation, and as to the place and date of their parents, occupation of their father, and their mother's maiden name; requiring a doctor's certificate of the man with respect to venereal diseases.
