Relating to amending certain Acts by making an appropriation of Two Thousand, Six Hundred Dollars ($2,600) for the payment of compensation or fees to attorneys, including county attorneys, who, since January 1, 1940, to the effective date of this Act, have performed the duties of a district attorney.
