Relating to amending House Bill No. 6, Acts of the Forty-first Legislature, 1929, Second Called Session with the amendments thereto and adding a new section providing for the establishment of suboffices or branch offices outside of the County Seat by the Tax Collector for the registration of motor vehicles and issuance of receipts incident thereto.
