SB 478, 47th R.S.
Relating to fixing the maximum rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in all independent school districts in which the State of Texas or its agencies own ten (10) per cent or more in area of the land within the limits or boundaries of said independent school district authorizing said district to levy a tax for school purposes not to exceed one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) on each one hundred dollar valuation of property.
