Relating to repealing a certain Article of the Revised Civil Statutes by prohibiting corporations, their officers, directors, stockholders, employees, and agents acting in their behalf, from expending or promising to expend any money or thing of value in order to aid or hinder the nomination or election of any person to public office or to influence the vote on any question submitted to the voters; providing for penalties.
