HB 163, 47th R.S.
Relating to making it a penal offense for any person, agent, and/or attorney, to knowingly make any false statement or report to any department regarding the allowables of oil and/or gas for the purpose of allocating and/or increasing said allowables; defining a dead well; providing that any statement so made shall constitute a felony and providing a penalty.
