Relating to defining coloring matter and its composition, manufacture, sale, and use in connection with citrus fruit; providing for the analysis of such coloring matter by the Commissioner of Agriculture and for the licensing of the manufacture thereof; making it unlawful to use any dye or color not certified by the United States Department of Agriculture; providing penalties for violation of the Act.
