Relating to creating a closed season upon wild deer, buck, doe, fawn, or wild turkey for a period of five (5) years in San Augustine and Sabine Counties, in the State of Texas; making it unlawful for any person to hunt, trap, ensnare, kill, or attempt to kill such animals by any means within said Counties for a period of five (5) years; providing a penalty therefor.
