Relating to amending a certain Article to provide for the appointment of all other officers by the city council when so provided by ordinance so as to authorize the governing bodies of general law cities and towns, having more than 3,000 inhabitants, to dispense with the office of marshal and imposing duties thereof upon some other officer.
