HB 436, 46th R.S.
Relating to adding a section or Article to a certain Statute providing that suits to set aside a final ruling and decision of the Industrial Accident Board in cases under the Workmen's Compensation Act, and suits to recover upon awards and judgments in such cases, shall be advanced in the District Court, Court of Civil Appeals, and Supreme Court upon motion of either party, etc.
