Relating to amending a certain Act providing for the compensation of County Commissioners in any county where the population is less than 20,000 inhabitants and which has a tax valuation of not less than $17,000,000.00 and not exceeding $25,000,000.00 according to the last approved tax roll and with a total area of less than 950 square miles and not exceeding an area of 980 square miles.
