Relating to amending certain statute relating to the investment of surplus funds of ward or wards in the hands of guardians or the lending of same, designating certain investments that may be made, so as to provide for the purchase by a guardian of bonds of any County, or of any District or Subdivision in Texas, or of any incorporated city or town in Texas.
