Relating to amending certain Act relating to bonds and license of persons purchasing citrus fruit so as to provide that any person purchasing farm products under the provisions of the Act from any bonded or licensed dealer, paying therefor prior to or at the time of taking possession of such farm products the agreed value thereof in current money of the United States, shall be exempt from giving bond under the provisions of the Act and providing for a license to be issued to such person and prescribing the condition of the application for such license and providing for a license fee.
