HB 115, 45th 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing that in all counties having a population according to the last preceding Federal Census of more than three hundred and twenty-five thousand (325,000) and less than three hundred and fifty thousand (350,000), and having two or more Criminal District Courts, the Deputy District Clerks serving in each of the said Criminal District Courts shall be appointed by the regularly elected Judge of said Court.
