Relating to amending certain statute relating to the appointment and compensation of County Auditors in certain counties, and providing for additional compensation for the County Auditors in such counties having more than 200,000 population and not more than 300,000 population according to the last Federal Census where there is a city and county hospital to care for city and county patients, and where a financial record for such hospital must be kept and reports made to the city and county.
