Relating to providing for the repeal of that part of 'The Securities Act" defining a security as a "certificate or any instrument representing any interest in or under an oil, gas or mining lease, fee or title" and defining such interest as real estate; providing certain exemptions; providing any one Act prohibited herein shall be a violation hereof.
