Relating to creating a Special Road Law for Montague County, Texas, providing that said County may fund or refund designated interest-bearing time warrants in an amount not exceeding Eleven Thousand Five Hundred ($11,500.00) Dollars, and designated scrip warrants in an amount not exceeding Thirty-eight Thousand Five Hundred ($38,500.00) Dollars, outstanding against its Road and Bridge Fund as of February 15, 1937, by the issuance of funding bonds, and setting forth the method of issuing same.
