SB 320, 45th R.S.
Relating to requiring banks to furnish, upon demand of the Assessor and Collector of Taxes of the county in which such banking business is being operated, on the first day of January of each year, a list and/or account of all monies, bonds and stocks of every kind except United States bonds, bills, notes and all other personal property except such as is specially exempted from taxation by the laws of the United States, which is or may be held, possessed, owned or controlled by such banks in trust for the benefit of any person, firm corporation or partnership, together with a list of the names of the owners or cestui que trustents of such property, and their residences.
