Proposing an amendment to Article XVI of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing that the Attorney General of the State of Texas shall have the authority to appoint six Assistant Attorneys General whose terms of office shall be for six years except the first person appointed shall serve: two for two years, two for four years and two for six years.
