Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Texas amending Article XVI, Section 30, so as to change the term of office of the following officers: Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Treasurer, State Comptroller, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Commissioner of the General Land Office, Representatives and all county, precinct, and district officers, from two to four years.
