HB 983, 45th R.S.
Relating to making owners of dogs liable for such damages as may be suffered by persons bitten by dogs either on or in a public place, or on or in a private place, and in case of private place the person is lawfully upon said premises in the performance of some duty imposed upon him by law or postal regulations of the United States, or upon invitation, expressed or implied of the owner thereof.
