Relating to amending certain statute relating to the sale of liquor and beer in cities and towns so as to extend the provisions thereof to authorize such cities and towns to divide into certain defined districts where liquors and beer may be sold, and providing for certain other districts in which the sale of such liquors and beer may be prohibited.
