Relating to providing an open season for the killing of wild mourning doves and white wing doves in the North Zone and South Zone; creating a new Zone to be known as the "Gulf Coast Zone" to be cut off of the South Zone and providing an open season for the killing of wild mourning doves and white wing doves in said Zone.
