HB 659, 45th R.S.
Relating to defining "livestock auction commission merchants," prescribing their duties as such livestock auction commission merchants, requiring them to give bond in a solvent surety company authorized to do business in this State, with a capital stock of not less than Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000), such bond to be approved by the County Judge of such county; requiring quarterly reports to the Commissioner's Court of the County in which they carry on such business, and providing penalties therefor.
