Relating to requiring all political subdivisions, districts, or taxing units to join or intervene in any suit brought by the State or any county, city, town, or any district or political subdivision having a tax lien or claim against the property included in the suit, and providing that all tax liens or assessments against any particular property be adjudicated in one suit.
