Relating to amending a certain Section of the Acts of the 44th Legislature (3rd C.S.); imposing a tax on the amount paid for admission to any place with exceptions and fixing the amount of the tax; defining certain words, terms and phrases; providing that the tax levied shall be a joint liability of the owner and operator of any place where an admission fee is charged and prescribing civil penalties for failure of such persons to pay said tax.
