Relating to authorizing the Boards of Trustees of Public Free Schools in this State to employ, Superintendents, Principals and Teachers, prescribing in part their qualifications, and providing that the employment of such Superintendents, Principals and Teachers as authorized under this Act shall in no way affect any present or future classification of any such school or its accreditation by or affiliation with any other School, College, or University in this State supported in whole or in part through taxes levied by the State.
