HB 411, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that the governing body of any political subdivision of this State shall prepare or cause to be prepared semi-annually a report of all transactions during each half of each year, concerning the finances of such political subdivision; and providing penalties for the violation or failure of any official, officer, employee to comply with the provisions of this Act.
