Relating to prohibiting the barter or sale or offering for barter or sale or to buy any bass, crappie, perch, catfish, or any other fish taken from the fresh water of the Brazos River or within one mile of the mouth of any of the tributaries of the Brazos River within Falls County, State of Texas.
