Relating to adding, as a circumstance under which an assault or battery becomes aggravated, the assault of any person employed by a newspaper or news magazine, having a daily, semi-weekly, weekly or bi-weekly circulation to obtain photographs for such newspaper or news magazine for publication, while such person is so engaged in obtaining such photographs for publication in such newspapers or news magazines.
