Relating to regulating the hours of service of the drivers of motor vehicles being operated by motorbus companies transporting passengers for hire and motor carriers transporting property for hire over the highways of this State; providing and defining the violations which constitute separate offenses; providing that the violations of the provisions of this Act shall constitute a misdemeanor; and providing a minimum fine of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars and a maximum fine of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
