Relating to making appropriations to supplement previous appropriations out of the State Treasury for the preparation, checking, investigation and correction of the scholastic census and for accounting and investigation necessary in the approval of transfers to the Census Division of the State Department of Education; providing money for salaries, wages, rent, equipment, supplies, printing, and necessary traveling expenses incident thereto for the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) for the year ending September 1, 1937.
