Relating to providing that in counties of a population bracket of not less than thirty nine thousand four hundred ninety six (39,496) and not more than forty thousand (40,000), First Assistant County Attorneys shall receive a salary of from Sixteen Hundred Twenty Dollars ($1620.00) to Nineteen Hundred Twenty Dollars ($1920.00) per annum, to be determined by the Commissioners' Court.
