Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars out of any funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to the State Health Department to be used in aiding Medical and Surgical Service and Relief to the sufferers in the New London School explosion of March 18, 1937.
