Relating to fixing salaries and compensation of County Commissioners in Counties with a population of not less than seventy seven thousand six hundred (77,600) inhabitants nor more than eighty eight thousand (88,000) inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census, as same now exists or may hereafter exist, and having an assessed valuation of not less than Forty Million One Dollars ($40,000,001.00) nor more than Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000.00), according to the last approved tax rolls, as same now exists or may hereafter exist.
