Relating to providing for the cession by the State of Texas to the United States of America of all right, title, and interest which the State of Texas may have in and to certain lands in Cameron and Hidalgo Counties comprising the bed and banks of the Rio Grande, and to certain lands in Cameron, Hidalgo, and Willacy Counties comprising the bed and banks of the Arroyo Colorado.
