Relating to validating all Consolidated Rural High School Districts created or attempted to be created by County Boards of Trustees, validating acts of County Boards of Trustees in creating or attempting to create Consolidated Rural High School Districts out of a district or districts that had been theretofore a Consolidated Common School District or Districts.
