Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; increasing the rate of inheritance tax by 50% on all brackets of taxable values of estates; providing for filing of report of value of the estate as found by the Federal Government with the Comptroller of Public Accounts, and making failure to file such report a misdemeanor.
