Relating to directing that the Commission of Control for the Texas Centennial be directed to pay the heirs and legatees of Thomas F. McKinney the sum of $16,942.80 out of moneys appropriated for the Centennial by House Bill No. 11, Chapter 174, Acts of the Regular Session, 44th Legislature.
